User Training Requirements

In any project that changes the way an organization functions, there will be members of the organization who do not want the changes to occur. Change Management then becomes one of the most important processes in the successful implementation of the project. The InHCc System makes it easy for the User to adapt to the new changes by (1) creating the “computer screens” that they see resemble their old forms, and (2) teaching them “Why” the changes are being make

Education is divided into two sections: (1) how to capture the date and (2) how to use the data.

It is the belief of InHCc that good data collection will come by the users knowing “why” the data is collected and “how” the data is used to manage the health of their clients. Every user of the data will not only be taught how to capture the data but how it is used.

Because the InHCc System uses the standard Microsoft Interface and it is built using standard application programming interfaces, the system is easy to learn. In some cases, the training to use the selected parts of the system takes less than a few hours. This decreases the fear of using the system by the staff, decreases their resistance to system changes, and reduces training costs.

     Benefits:

  • Easy to learn the system

  • Learn how to “use “ the information
