Introduction

The InHCc manages Health Risks through their Case Management. Patients are reviewed for all risks (ICD10 + other added variables) 

Chronic Illnesses

Chronic Illnesses are becoming one of the most expenses and costly programs. It has been estimated that within the next 5 years that diabetics could comply bankrupt the IMSS system.

InHCc includes the following specific Guidelines

• Asthma

• Hypertension

• Heart Disease

• Diabetics

• Obesity

• Cancer

• AIDS

• Smoking

• Alcoholism and Drugs addiction
