Reporting Services

InHCc uses Microsoft Reporting Services©, a web service, for all internal and external access to information.

The data warehouse and Analysis Services (reporting services) are separated from the transactional services (the data collection services). This increases the efficiency and security of both the services.

Reporting, including portals, can be access through web browsers (either local or International). Data Analysis can be performed within the organizational unit and comparisons can be made across organizational units.

Internal Reporting

All users (with the proper permissions and skills) have a wide range of reports available that can be viewed in a number of formats.

"Power Users" can create their own reports..."on the fly"

Management Personal has presented to them each time they log into their computer, "Management Dashboards" their Key Performance Indicators.

Environmental Statistics

This data includes anything that would effect the population statistics and will be covered under Environmental.

External reporting (Agencies)

It has been estimated that over 50% of the time spend by the accounting department in a funded organization, is spent in preparing for auditing by donors. The Donor wants to know what is happening to their money....understandable.  It turn, the funded organization would like to show that it is doing worthwhile services for the community and is/will be a sustainable business entity.

Access through the Internet allows Agencies and stakeholders access to the database where they can view their own "projects" without compromising security.

By having the ability to remotely access their accounts; Agencies no longer have a need to spend their funds or yours on expensive audits.  Agencies may "audit" the books remotely, at anytime, all the time, and will only need to have actual access to "certain" items in which they can request before they arrive. By having all the information the Agencies need "before" they arrive at the organization, organizations can more effectively use their time.
