Registration System

The Registration System is an Administrative function and has been designed to minimize the amount of "health" data viewable to the Registration Personal.

 

  • Client Search by Name, Address, from List
  • Register a Unknown Client
  • Household Search by Name, Address, from List, by a Member
  • Create "Alerts"
  • Clients that have not been Triaged
  • Client/Family Identification

    • Client identified through client’s name, father’s & mother’s name, address, age, sex, household

    • Search by either name, address, telephone, household

    • Client/Household Contact information

    • Photo

  • Client assignment to HealthCare Professional and Department

  • Client recreates Rights and Consents documents
  • Appointments

  • Emergency Room Admissions

  • Hospital Admissions from Outpatient Clinic

  • Client Accounting (charges, payments, balances)

  • Create and authorize third party benefits (Insurance, Federal/State benefit packages)

  • Patient control in clinic/hospital (By Location, Procedures, Physician)

  • Family "Help" Desk

  • Problem information capture

The Registration System is used by both Inpatient and Outpatient Registration and can transfer patients between the two departments.

While the Registration Module allows appointments to be made and changed, Medical Module allows not only appointments to be made, but resources schedule such as staff, rooms, equipment, and time.
