Introduction

Quality Assurance is such an important and broad issue that its own separate module has been created.

InHCc uses a Case Management system for all patients. A Case/Utilization Review is performed after every Case Management Plan is implemented. Benefits are that every procedure/treatment protocol is evaluated immediately and adjustments are implemented for more effective and efficient care.

InHCc includes:

• Records are automatically “scanned” to detect incorrect fields in a record. The system also prohibits records that are incomplete to be saved.
