Menu and Data Driven
The InHCc HMIS is Menu and Data driven. Menus are filled with modular based on tables in a SQL database. Functions or features can easily be added or deleted simply by either adding or "making" that item a "no display" item in the SQL database. Each Item is a separate module and can be access by clicking on its descriptive name.
Modules can be easily added. moved to different levels and locations and/or deleted because that function is not needed in this healthcare organization.
Security
The Menu will display only those items that the user is authorized to see based on the Unit and the Role of the user upon login, An example would be that if the "Social Worker" logged into the system, they would only see the features permitted for the social worker.
