Introduction

InHCc provides a modular a complete solution to manage human resources.

Since InHCc is designed for International use, it does not have a payroll package. However, the InHCc does collect the "times" and "costs" of each employee.

InHCc Human Recourse Module includes:

  • Complete policy and Procedure manuals on-line

  • Ability for the employee to update his own basic personal data

  • Standardized Job and Role descriptions

  • Complete job history, Complete salary history

  • Performance reviews (

  • Ability to assign an employee to more than one project and/or unit

A comprehensive staff monitoring process will be implemented that will provide the following service

Human Resources Recruitment services.

  • Staff by Current Clients and Historical by Individual Client

Staff Education and Training

InHCc has an extensive system of education and training for its employees. We at InHCc believes that this is one of the most important function of any organization and makes the difference between a "Good" Organization and a "Bad" Organization.

  • List of requirements for each job position.

  • Extensive orientation program developed by specialty

  • List of all staff and their education

  • List of all special study and skill programs that staff have completed

  • List of all education requirements needed but not yet completed by staff

  • Certificate programs for use of medical technology

  • Monitoring of all staff by actions performed

  • Formal staff appraisal system

  • Complete analysis of all job functions including time and ability requirements.
