Health Care of the Social Unit

The InHCc Information system provides long term data analysis on each household and its members. All information is related over time and correlated with important health care determinants.

CCHIT, has recently has outlined five health outcome policy priorities areas and are:

  • Improve quality, safety, efficiency, and reduce health disparities

  • Engage patients and families

  • Improve care coordination

  • Improve population and public health

  • Ensure adequate privacy and security protection for personal health information

The outcomes that are listed here extends the requirement that population, individual and household data be collected.

JCI/JACHO also has an extensive requirement for socially appropriately care thus requiring social data to be collected.

For any individual, all health records are available of the entire household members as well as biological related family for immediately viewing. This includes not only the medical history but also of all encounters.

These modules collect extensive data on the household and individuals. In addition, data is collected that can service as inputs to government surveys and resource allocation programs.

InHCc provide culturally appropriate education and healthcare (REQUIRE BY ALL CERTIFICATION ORGANIZATIONS)

The InHCc Information system provides long term data analysis on each household and its members. All information is related over time and correlated with important health care determinants.

When a new clients arrives to the clinic InHCc collect the information on all members of the family. InHCc has the ability to see every member of the family, all telephone numbers of all the members, emergency, nearest neighbor, work numbers.

InHCc has a collection of all address in their target location. The patient is assigned to the Address. We have statistics on every address; we collect every statistics that is collected in the Census and the Health and Nutrition Reports. 

For any individual, all health records are available of the entire household members as well as biological related family for immediately viewing. This includes not only the medical history but also of all encounters.

  • Unemployment status and history (either looking or not looking for work)

  • Economic data such as where the individuals actually worked, if they are unemployed, and what skills do they have (even if they are not working) , are they looking for work
  • Looking for employment? Hours spent per week looking for employment?

  • Income / Expenses all sources (dates started/ended)

  • Individual Economic Status Evaluation

  • Client's potential to earn a income (Age, gender, health status, education, skills, Available Time)

  • Client's Benefits (Insurance, Benefits based social status, benefits based on being indigenous)

  •  “where and how the client got the money to pay the healthcare charges”

Client Social

  • Resident location (addresses)

  • Civil Status (Marriage)

  • Partners (spouses). Relationships” between individuals: type, duration, why broken up, dates.

  • Education level and field, what type, what field and at what level, if they stopped-why?,

    • Grade level complete

    • Location and type of institution

  • Religion

  • Social Group Membership and Activities

  • Languages spoken/written/Understands (mapped to a list of all known indigenous groups in area. InHCc has a complete list of every indigenous language and where that language is spoken). We collect they ethnicity. 

  • Identifies with Indigenous group and Name of that group

  • Access to Information (type of media that the client uses for information)

  • Household Membership and Relationships within that membership

  • Internal and External Environment

InHCc has a database of all indigenous languages spoken in Mexico and where they are located, their classification and the number of people estimated to still speak the language.
