- Clients identification is checked across several systems which includes a check against a "master" address file, "Master" employer file, and previous history of the household.
- Clients visits with no charges
- Clients "Problems" without associated treatments
- Client's and Household benefits are checked against required fees
- Client's Discounts are given based on verifiable "profiling"
- Services are billed by the healthcare professional as the procedure is performed automatically.
- Accounting balances are viewed by household. ALL members of the household are grouped together for a "master household billing"
- Procedures not billed or ordered not completed are viewed from a number of locations in the system.
