Administrative Processes
Updated Manuals. Policy manuals can be updated and be
made to all immediately. Updates and approval processes can be completed using
"Meeting" type of software. Publication can be made to the Intranet Web Sever.
Medical standards, protocols, prices and any other document
changes can also be updated and distributed immediately to all.
Intranet Notice/New Letter Portal. Notices,
announcements, and general new can be made available to all staff members
through "log-in" to the system. When the HCP logins into the system, a "new
letter" can be made available for reading.
Admit and Discharge
- All references required by admissions are immediately
available.
- Historical data of all events.
- Ability to "Pre-Admit"
- Cross check Client's data against that of their family
and household
Certification and Accreditation
- Sets of procedures, policies, survey process, and review
questions from JCAHO, PAHO, AHRQ and others
Help Desk
- The Help Desk provides the ability to access the
patient's locate in any location of the organization or outside the
organization.
