Introduction

In order to meet the above objectives. An organization structure was created out of an existing system.

This system design was developed using a central hospital where the central database was established. Satellites clinics would have their own database but would on a regular basic replicate their data to the central database.

Stages of implementation

Although this project has been implemented at the lower levels, it is expected that to complete this project it will be implemented in Stages (see Stages). This will not only allow better control but will also produce results that can be quickly seen and used.

Closed Loop Management Process

  1. The InHCc System will

  2. Capture: The capture phase extracts client interaction data from operational system and then integrates and stores the data for analysis and quick retrieval.

  3. Analyze: During the analysis phase, researchers create reports of client behavior, define client segments, and create predictive models that determine what recommendations to make for the improvement in the health care system.

  4. Plan: The planning phase leverages the knowledge gained from analyzing client information to create rules for optimizing client interactions. These rules enable organizations to deliver the right care, to the right client, at the right time, using the right method, at the right place.

  5. Interaction: The interact phase involves executing the above rules.
