To give quality of care to our clients at a reasonable cost
a vast amount of data is required. However, once this data is collected it is
often difficult to interpret due to the many variables required and the
multiple interactions between these variables. Previously it had been
impossible to make much sense out of this vast amount of data....in
fact...many researchers advocate collecting only a "few variables"
Data mining is a perfect tool to help made sense out of
something so complex.
Data Mining in this project will be build around
Microsoft's' Analysis Services application. Analysis Services is inexpensive,
comes packaged with SQL Server, and is easy to use.
