Introduction
The primary job of the user is in the definition and
discovery of information used in decision making. The user has a mindset of
“give me what I say I want, then I can tell you what I really want. (I-22)
The user may not know what he really wants until he sees
“some” data. “drill down”

Before,
during, and after implementation of the data warehouse, users must be trained
to use the system, what data are available, and how to access it. It is also
important, and probably the most important, to teach users how to use the data
in real life situations. Real life situations should be developed.
